Project Aim
To redesign the Hip and Femur bone in such a way that the wires are concealed internally so during the UAV mode of this quadruple robot there is proper clearance.
Description
Designed the Multiple structures with intensive prototyping and iteration process to achieve a robust rigid structure to handle the complete weight of one leg and also ensure that the wires passing within do not cut during operation or handling of the robot. I encountered multiple problems with handling the wires during the wiring process and after setting up the robot like, cutting of wiring due to range of motion and passing the wires through the part with different connectors.
